Our Team
Maegan Miller - Occupational Therapist
Maegan is a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist with clinical experience working within a paediatric setting. She has developed a strong foundation in delivering evidence-based, child-centred therapy and is now expanding her skills into community-based practice, where she is passionate about supporting children and families in their everyday environments. During Maegans study she was a support worker for 3-4 years supporting those with brain injury, mental health, ASD as well as specifically with some TAC clients.
Maegan brings a thoughtful and holistic approach to her work, recognising that every child is unique. She is committed to understanding each child’s individual strengths, challenges, and goals, and uses this insight to create meaningful, engaging, and functional therapy sessions that translate into real-life outcomes.
Her clinical interests include sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine and gross motor development, school readiness, and social and play skills. She has a particular passion for supporting children to build confidence in their abilities, whether that’s managing big emotions, developing independence in daily functional tasks, or successfully participating in school and social environments.
Known for her warm, empathetic, and approachable nature, Maegan prioritises building strong, trusting relationships with both her clients and their families. She understands that progress looks different for every child and takes pride in celebrating small wins alongside long-term achievements. Her ability to connect with children in a genuine and playful way allows her to create a safe space where they feel supported, understood, and motivated to try new things.
